Its finally here. Day 0 of SOW which we have painstaking devoted much effort into for the past 8 months or so. To be honest, Im quite proud of the items we have come up for the freshmen. Lots of new programme lined up that werent in previous SOWs, at least the past two years.And to finally post my long overdue sentiments regarding the prep camp. The lack of sleep got the better of me, coupled with the fact that I have a extremely short fuse and the inability to contain my anger, I blew my top not only once, but twice. It was awkward later when I cooled down after a short while, embarrassed at the string of expletives i spewed at the spur of moment. Come to think of it, it was really a childish way of managing anger. I believe the crux of the problem was my poor communication skills. Im a poor team player, evident from my poor project work grade, and even now during university in which I have never done well in a group project before.
