I have become a much more violent person ever since I came to my present unit, to such an extent that I wish to strangle some people. And I assume I will continue to meet people of this kind in the corporate world. I can basically surmise the characteristics of each in the following sections.MBBS (Mouth Big Brain Small) People of this sort tends to let their mouth do more than their limbs. They have the ability to suck up to any superiors, talk their way out of trouble and gather a few companions to start a 'conference' (gossip) or badmouthing others while in the midst of work. Highly deadly when they began to hurl insults and accusations randomly. The Smokers (Literally and Metaphorically) These are the ultimate stealth soldiers. Abilities include the stealth cloaking (disappearing when there is work to be done), camouflaging (blending into the background and pretending to do something when they are actually doing none) and finally shirking responsibilty when things go wrong. Especially lethal when they hide and begin smoking. The smoke kills. The Slackers Not much to be said. The name tells it all. Grrrr..... |
