1 week of block leave went by just like that. Although I've been at home most of the time, it definitely beats staying in camp. The last time I stayed at home for such a long period of time was when we came back from Brunei. The satisfaction this time was far better, since ORD is barely 6 months away. However, at the same time, it left me craving for more time at home. Precisely, ORD is so near, that I could not longer wait for it. The feeling gets more intense with each passing month.Once back in camp, we have to adhere to a strict lesson plan devised by my PC to prepare us for ATEC stage 1 in early October. From what we were brief on earlier, the schedule would be intensive, cramped with route marches, signal-based lessons and physical conditioning. It would so dreadfully boring and tiresome. On top of that I've been emotionally provoked by certain issues which I'm barred from publishing them here. Im so vexed and I need someone to complain, to confide in =( Btw, I was so captivated by the 9pm TV series on Channel 8. Not the portion about the army, but the phrases Tay Ping Hui's mumbled to Felicia Chin's character. Touching and sweet at the same time. Never fails to bring a smile to my face =D 170 days to ORD |
