my first week at signals institute was so slack that I actually had free time to ponder over what I will be doing after ORD. I thought 5BX at pegasus coy was slack already. Apparently, 5BX(if it is even called 5BX) at signals consists only of a few strectching exercises and it barely last 15 minutes. The only time we sweat was during morning jog on tuesday and friday, and NDP rehearsals. Yes.. you didnt read wrongly, we ARE participating in NDP, maybe because we had too much free time =X. Anyway, our course have been extended by a further 2 weeks due to the rehearsals.Generally, Signals institute is a nice place with nice commanders. And the fact that Brian, Wei Keong and Alex are there too make the place even better. I suddenly realised that my life up to this point had been.. sort of not going the way I want it to be. First I was posted to ACJC instead of SAJC. Then I didnt get Pharmacy. And recently I was posted to signals instead of command school. Im getting frustrated at how I made realistic choices and I didnt get them. Apparently from I've heard, only 4 subbers have been accepted into Pharmacy. I was really pissed at this, especially when they specfically state that only 3 subjects will be considered. Whatever it is, I have over 2 years to sort this mess out. I better hope I have some solutions soon. |
